There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 348(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 348(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 348(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the House Judiciary Committee letter of intent (page 2564). There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 348(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
